…I’m passionate about helping fast-growing businesses eliminate the friction of operational chaos by building leaders who actually know how to lead.
Before founding Times Ten, I spent 12 years in marketing operations at Toyota and Lexus, followed by four years as Growth & Strategy Partner at Wonder London, where I helped lay the operational and leadership foundations to scale the business from £2M to £24M turnover.
Most recently, I’ve played a pivotal role in resetting management capabilities for 750 leaders across retail and HQ at the John Lewis Partnership, achieving a 91% advocacy rate for sustainable culture transformation.
My sweet spot? Unlocking bottlenecks, unifying senior teams, and turning ‘accidental managers’ into confident, high-performing leaders who drive real commercial impact. No fluff, just practical toolkits, brave conversations, and lasting behavioural change.
I lead and design every engagement. For large-scale rollouts and multi-cohort programmes, I partner with a hand-picked network of senior associate coaches and facilitators.
